If you believe your Gift has been damaged in transit, please return it in the condition it arrived in to The Basket People. PO Box 1526 Baulkham Hills NSW 1755. We will not accept photos as proof of damage. You have 7 (seven) days in which to return any damaged hampers to us. Once you hamper has been returned a full refund will be credited to your account.
